Close to the Upper East Side, this budget New York City guesthouse is a short walk from the riverfront park and Museum Mile. Carnegie Hill is a safe and community driven residential neighbourhood with plenty of unique NYC shopping spots and bars. This facility is designed for overseas visitors. You must have a return airplane ticket and passport in order to be considered as a guest.

Accommodation:
The rooms are 10x8 and includes a full-size captain's bed w/ drawers, night stand w/ lamp, table/chair, full-length mirror, window, wireless internet, clean shared bathroom in the hallway and kitchen access.

Special Notes:
Upon booking, the Property Manager will charge your credit card 100% of your remaining balance. If after 24 hours this amount has not been successfully charged, the booking will become invalid. Once full payment has been made, the following cancellation policy applies: If cancelled 59 days or less prior to arrival, you will be charged 100%. Upon arrival a US$100 security deposit is required. Amount refundable at check-out if no damage to property.
