Welcome to New York Homestay in New York City.

Our brownstone style house from the 18th Century is located in one of the most historic landmark districts of the city, at walking distance from NJ Performing Arts Center, Rutgers University, Historic Library, Light Rail Station, bears Stadium, 10 min walk to PATH trains and Prudential Center, 10 min. to EWR International Airport. We are not located in New York City. We are over the bridge in NEWARK, close to the airport, with easy access into New York City.

Accommodation:
Four private double occupancy rooms available with two single beds each at the rate of $35 per person per night. We do not offer room sharing. Single guest will occupy a private room. 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens with appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, available for guests use. We do not serve breakfast.
