We are located in the Washington Heights of Historic Manhattan, in a townhouse building, in the Columbia Medical University area, just a 13 minute from Central Park, and a short, subway or bus ride to attractions such as The Museum of Natural History, Tavern on the Green, Lincoln Center, Broadway Theatres, Times Square, and the Apollo Theater.

Our dorms are set in large fully renovated rooms, where you have plenty of mobility and storage space, and the rooms individually lock. Find yourself carried away by the vibrant and historical ambience. Our gorgeous private bedrooms with jacuzzi, and six dorms, are individually decorated which draw you into the lives of the previous owners and occupants, past and present. Pied-A-Terre is the “in” place to stay when you are looking to explore Manhattan and its culture. We dare you to compare; we just know we're the best.

72 hours advance notice for any modifications to your reservations. 7 days advance notice for any modifications to group bookings. Any cancellation must be made via email at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. All No Shows are billed for their first night at regular season rate. High Season Rate is $45.00 per night and low season is $35.00 per night per person. Booking of 3 or more people are considered as group bookings entitling you to benefits and savings. No modifications of group booking can be made within seven days of arrival.
