Close to the Upper East Side, this budget New York City guesthouse is a short walk from the riverfront park and Museum Mile. Carnegie Hill is a safe and community driven residential neighbourhood with plenty of unique NYC shopping spots and bars. This facility is designed for overseas visitors. You must have a return airplane ticket and passport in order to be considered as a guest.

Accommodation:
These studio apartment units are completely private. Please note: some rooms will sleep up to 3 people while others sleep 2. The rates are for the entire studio apartment. If the larger rooms are available then we will offer them on a first come first serve basis. Each private studio is equipped with sink, cabinet base, vanity mirror, refrigerator, microwave, HDTV, remote control, window curtains and lockable cabinet. Newly refurbished bathrooms and showers are just down the hall.

Special Notes:
Hostel must be notified 24 hours in advance (via phone or email) of cancellations or changes. In case of a 'no show,' one night will be charged. No one under 18 years is allowed in the facility. Maximum stay is 24 days. If you require a longer stay, then a credit check, guarantors and other requirements may be necessary. We can not accommodate New York state residents.
